SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Sender

Text messages are sent by FP RE GROUP LLC in connection with the real estate services of Osvaldo Federico Pina, a licensed real estate salesperson affiliated with R New York. Real estate brokerage services are provided through and under the supervision of R New York.

2. Service Use

If you agree to receive text messages, FP RE GROUP LLC may text you to:

• respond to your inquiries and questions about real estate services;
• schedule and confirm showings, consultations, and other appointments, send reminders, and notify you of schedule updates or important changes;
• send property information and updates related to your real estate search, sale, lease, or transaction; and
• follow up with you about your inquiry, search, or transaction.

Our text messages are individual communications related to these activities. We do not send bulk marketing or mass listing-alert text messages.

3. How You Agree to Receive Texts

You can agree to receive text messages by checking the optional consent box on the contact form at federicopinarealestate.com. Checking the optional text-message consent box on our website contact form is not required to submit the form or to receive our services. A contact form submitted without checking that box is not treated as consent to receive text messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.

4. Cancellation

To opt out, reply STOP to any text message at any time (STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT also work). After you send STOP, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us at that phone number. Opting out of text messages does not by itself unsubscribe you from calls or emails; you can click the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or ask us to stop calling. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time (you can also reply START).

6. Message Frequency and Rates

Message frequency may vary depending on your inquiry and the status of your search or transaction. Message and data rates may apply. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

7. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

Data will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell phone numbers. Mobile phone numbers, text-messaging opt-in data, and consent records will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. They are shared only with the service providers that help us deliver our communications, as described in this policy, and where required by law.
